Sour Cream Treat Box using Treat Time from Stampin’ Up

I’m not really ready to admit it yet, but the holiday seasons are right around the corner. Here is a great idea to get a head start on some friend, neighbor and family treats.

I love caramels and I love to make home made caramels at Christmas time for my neighbors and friends. It seems we all receive a lot of treats at Halloween and Christmas it’s nice to receive a cute “little” container filled with yummy treats than a large box because I feel obligated to eat every last one before I start my annual diet in January.

A lot of my friends make jewelry for gifts and this little bag would be a fun way to wrap earrings, bracelets and necklaces, and is the perfect size to fit 6-8 caramels, just enough to put a smile on your face but not enough to add inches to your waistline;)

Card Recipe:

  • Share What You Love DSP (or Fall, Halloween/Christmas paper) 6 x 6
  • Whisper White scrap for lace border and sentiment

Stamp Set and Punch:

  • Treat Time stamps set
  • Petite Treats Thinlets (can be purchased as a bundle to save 10%)

  • Old Olive ink pad
  • Vera Mark ink pad
  • Clear Embossing Powder

  • Berry Burst Ribbon
  • Stampin’ Dimensional’s (I used these on the sentiment)
  • Tear N Tape

About the Author:

I am a proud mother of 4 and even prouder grandmother of 5. I started "stamping" over 25 years ago and stopped stamping about 10 years after that because I was so frustrated with my results. Enter Pinterest. Inspired by Pinterest and Youtube I got involved again and oh man am I obsessed! I fell in love with Stampin' Up products after seeing all the amazing cards on Pinterest. I chose Stampin' Up because I love how simple it is to make a gorgeous card with all their coordinating colors and products. Hope you enjoy my website.
