I thought it would be fun to go through my favorite stamp sets over the past year and use them for my alternative Paper Pumpkin projects. Petal Palette with the coordinating Petals and More thinlits were at the top of my list. Whenever I need a bird stamp this is my “go to” stamp set. I heat embossed the bird with Black Memento ink, then used my light and dark Pool Party Stampin’ Blends to add color.
I used a 2 inch circle punch to punch a smaller circle in the wood stickers included in the kit, then put it in the middle of the square to add a little interest. The branch was punched from Soft Suede using the new Sprig Punch from the Holiday Catalog, I really like the way this one turned out.
Paper Pumpkin kits have been arriving at my home in the middle of the month for over a year now and I have loved every one of them and the price is so reasonable at only $20.00/month (including shipping). Kits are complete with EVERYTHING you need to complete the projects on the instructions including adhesives, you don’t even need scissors. It’s easy to add some of your own supplies to change things up a little like I have. You can cancel anytime.
