First Frons

Oh, my goodness! I just love that you can create this beautiful shaded image with just one stamp in Stampin’ UP’s First Frost stamps set. To me it appears I am looking out a frosted window at some gorgeous flowers, of course I don’t see many flowers in bloom during our cold winters in Utah but who says my cards have to imitate real life, half the time that’s exactly what I’m trying to avoid;)

I really love the Basket Weave embossing folder and wanted to experiment with how it would look using the Vellum Card Stock, I think it’s kinda cool and adds to the “frosty” look.
