Stampin’ Up has updated their catalog and I don’t have the new supplies to show them off yet so instead of posting cards using products that are no longer available I decided to just use some basics and my very favorite basics are black and white. This card is so simple with the right supplies you can make it in just 15 minutes. I’ve always felt black and white were elegant together, maybe because they’re the color of “classic” tuxedos although I’ve seen some pretty wild colors at formal events like weddings;) I used the Wink of Stella to add some shimmer to the Basic Black background paper on the sentiment.    One pass through the Big Shot, some liquid glue, dimensional’s, paper and black ink then BAM! You’re done.

The coordinating Petal Palette is such a beautiful, versatile stamp set with elegant images and sentiments that are perfect for any occasion.
